The 7th Council District is home to one of the few remaining agricultural zones in the City and celebrated rural lifestyle. Its relaxed and rural pace makes Shadow Hills an attractive neighborhood to call home for many in the Northeast San Fernando Valley. In addition, Shadow Hills is one of the last remaining neighborhoods in the City to be primarily equestrian-zoned.
