Earlier this year, I introduced a resolution supporting AB 2319—legislation to establish California’s first standalone post-production tax credit—and the City Council unanimously voted to support it.
Now that the State Legislature has passed AB 2319, we have a critical opportunity to bring vital post-production jobs back to Los Angeles, creating real economic opportunities for our entertainment workers, local small businesses, and working families who depend on this industry.
