Groundbreaking Ceremony Thursday, January 25, 2024

 

Los Angeles —  The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, along with Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez and the Department of Bureau of Engineering, are excited to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for major renovations underway at Verdugo Hills Pool and Bathhouse. Verdugo Hills Pool has been closed since 2018, due to its age and condition.  The pool is now set to undergo a transformation, creating a modern and vibrant space for all ages to enjoy.

 

The transformation comes with over a nine-million-dollar investment for up-to-date amenities to include ADA compliant features, new 8,550 square-foot pool deck, renovations to the existing bathhouse, and new landscaping and irrigation.
